All galleries include optional professional print and product ordering directly through your online gallery. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.
By submitting an order through the Pixieset store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of photographic prints and products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully prior to checkout, including image selection, product type, size, cropping, and shipping address
J.M. Eyre Photography is not responsible for ordering errors made by the client.
Color & Image Appearance
Every effort is made to ensure accurate color representation; however, colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and print materials.
Minor variations in color or brightness are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.
Cropping & Aspect Ratio
Some print sizes require cropping to fit standard aspect ratios. Please carefully review the crop preview provided during checkout.
J.M. Eyre Photography is not responsible for undesired cropping once an order has been submitted.
Production & Shipping
Orders are fulfilled by a professional photo lab and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Production times and shipping estimates are determined by the lab and may vary, especially during peak seasons and holidays. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, J.M. Eyre Photography is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been submitted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact J.M. Eyre Photography (j.m.eyrephotography@gmail.com) within one week of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Replacement requests submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for reprint or replacement.
Digital Downloads (If Applicable)
Digital images are delivered as high-resolution JPEG files. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital file purchases are non-refundable.

All digital image purchases include a personal-use license for the client. Copyright remains with the photographer.
By purchasing digital images, you agree to the following terms:
Personal Use License
Digital images purchased from J.M. Eyre Photography may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only, including:
- Printing for personal use
- Sharing with friends and family
- Display on personal websites and social media
This license does not permit commercial use of any kind.
Copyright
All photographs remain the copyrighted property of J.M. Eyre Photography.
The purchase of digital images grants the client a limited personal-use license but does not transfer copyright ownership.
Prohibited Uses
Without written permission, digital images may not be:
Used for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes
Used by businesses or brands
Submitted to publications, contests, or stock websites
Altered, edited, filtered, or modified in any way
Sold, redistributed, or transferred to third parties
This includes business websites, social media accounts, branding materials, or any monetized platforms.
Editing & Filters
To preserve the artistic integrity of the images, clients may not apply filters, presets, or additional edits to the photos.
Basic cropping for social sharing is permitted.
Social Media Sharing
Clients are welcome and encouraged to share their images online.

Commercial Licensing
Commercial usage requires the purchase of a separate commercial license and written authorization from J.M. Eyre Photography.
